For best overall effectiveness, use Oasis Nasal Wash once in the morning; then use Oasis Nasal Spray, 5 sprays up each nostril in afternoon, evening and before bedtime. Adults and children 12 years and over: 2-4 sprays; 2-4 times per day. Children 6 years to under 12 years: 1-3 sprays; 1-3 times per day. Children under 6 years: 1-2 sprays; 1-3 times per day.
