Registration
We require you to sign in to place an order or to access Your Account information. Become a Member by registering online and creating Your Account. Simply enter your User ID, email address, and password in the appropriate fields on the Welcome page. Your User ID must be any unique combination of 6-10 uppercase or lowercase letters or numbers. Special characters or symbols (*, @, #, &, ^, /, ?, <>, ", ', :, ;) are invalid. Your password is case-sensitive and must be any combination of 6-10 characters. Your email address is limited to a maximum of 50 characters. Be sure to keep a record of your User ID and password for future reference.

For security purposes, you will also be asked to choose a question and answer that will be used to verify your identity if you forget your password. To further protect your security, we may ask you to sign in again after a period of inactivity on your computer.

After registering, if you misplace or forget your User ID or password, click Forgot your password or User ID? on the Welcome page. If you forget both your User ID and password, please call Customer Care at (888) 607-4CVS (4287), or email customercare@cvs.com.

Promotional Emails
On the Welcome page, we offer you the option of receiving email notifications about special offers and CVS events in your area. If you do not want to receive these emails, simply uncheck the check mark from the opt-in box.

Membership Details
Update your Membership Details, including your User ID, email address, and password, at any time. Enter your new information in the appropriate fields.
 
Managing Your Information
Your Account is yours alone to update and manage. Customize it to suit your needs. Edit your billing, health, or insurance information any time. Check the status of your orders, and manage health information for the whole family in a secured, confidential environment.

Sign in to access Your Account by clicking either the Sign In or Your Account buttons at the top of the page. This will bring you to the Welcome page where you will enter your User ID and password. Once you have signed in, the Sign In button at the top of the page will change to Sign Out. Simply click on this button to sign out of Your Account.

Visit Account Summary to review your primary preferences for Membership Details, Payment Information, and Shipping Addresses.

Health Care Providers
Keep updated information about your Health Care Providers in Your Account for faster prescription order verification. Enter the information requested for each provider, including the name and phone number. You may change this information at any time to keep it up-to-date, even during checkout.

Medical Profiles
Create a medical profile to store information about known drug allergies, medical conditions, and current medications and help our pharmacists fill your prescriptions properly. You can store multiple Medical Profiles in Your Account. Easily update this information by editing or deleting an existing profile. Changes to this information will affect future prescription orders, not orders pending at the time the change is made.

Order Status & History
View charges made to Your Account, and verify whether your order has shipped using the Order Status & History page. If you have questions about any of your orders, please call Customer Care toll-free at (888) 607-4CVS (4287).

If you have ordered a prescription using In-store Refills, your Order Status will read Store Pickup. Please call your CVS/pharmacy store directly for your prescription order status.

Payment Information
Maintain information for multiple payment options in Payment Information. For each credit card, enter the cardholder's name, card type, expiration date, and billing address where the card statement is received. Enjoy extra savings by providing the information requested under savings opportunities. During any transaction, you can choose to use a previously saved credit card or add a new one to pay for your order.

Prescription Insurance
Enter the name of each Prescription Insurance policyholder, the name and phone number of the insurance company, and the member, group, and plan numbers to ensure that you are charged the correct copayment for your prescription orders.
    Note: Your prescription insurance information may not be the same as your medical insurance information. For more information about your particular prescription insurance plan, please contact your insurance provider directly.
You can store multiple prescription insurance policies in Your Account. Having this information on file in Your Account will speed up the checkout process for your prescription orders.

Shipping Addresses
Store and update multiple Shipping Addresses for your orders. The first and last names for the shipping addresses cannot be any longer than 30 characters (including spaces). In addition, each line for the street addresses of your shipping addresses cannot exceed 30 characters. Please enter at least the first 5 numbers for the ZIP codes for each shipping address on file. Enter a nickname (e.g., work, home, office) to save your shipping addresses.
 
Closing Your Account
If you decide to close your CVS.com account for any reason, call us at (888) 607-4CVS (4287). As a pharmacy licensed to dispense prescription medications, we are required by law to keep prescription information on file even if you close Your Account. If you have questions regarding this requirement, please check Pharmacy Boards and contact the one for your state.
