Searching for Products
Search for products by category, subcategory, and brand using the navigation in our Shopping Aisles.
Shopping for Nonprescription Items
Browse through any of our shopping aisles from our home page. Choose a product category from either the home page banner or the Shopping Aisles tab at the top of every page. From the category pages, find your favorite brands or products within the drop-down menu selections.
Want to save time shopping? Use the shopping list feature. Within Your Shopping Cart, you have the option to purchase all the items on Your Shopping List for quick and easy shopping. To learn more about how to use this time-saving feature, read About Your Shopping List.
Shopping for Prescription Items
Start at the Pharmacy Counter for prescription medication information. You can order new prescriptions, transfers, or refills for mail delivery. To order prescription refills for pickup at your local CVS/pharmacy store, go to In-store Refills at the Pharmacy Counter. Visit Prescription Information for more details.
Your Shopping Cart
Add the items you wish to purchase to Your Shopping Cart by clicking the Add to Cart buttons. Our mini Shopping Cart, which appears at the top of every page, automatically displays the total number of items in your cart as well as the current dollar amount for those items, less sales tax and shipping charges. As you add items, these numbers are automatically adjusted to reflect the new totals. Sometimes we will add a free gift or sample to your order, and this will also be reflected in the mini cart. Be sure to look at your cart before checking out.
To view or edit the products you have selected, click View Cart on the mini cart. You will be able to view how many nonprescription and prescription item(s) you have in your cart and details about each item. Change the quantity of the items in your cart by typing a new number in the quantity (Qty) box and click Update. To remove items from Your Shopping Cart, click the trash can icon. You can also save the items in your cart to Your Shopping List for your next visit.
Checking Out
Click Checkout when you are ready to purchase the items in Your Shopping Cart. This button appears on the mini Shopping Cart at the top of every page. As you check out, you will need to enter payment and shipping information. If your order contains prescription items, we will also ask you to provide information about your medical profiles, health care providers, and prescription insurance. Once you have completed these steps, click Continue Checkout to review the information you have entered.
Confirming Your Order
All your final shopping cart selections will appear on the Order Confirmation page. You are still able to modify your purchases or cancel your order, if needed. Complete your transaction by clicking Place My Order, and proceed to Your Receipt. After you confirm your order, we will send your order confirmation number via email.
Canceling Your Order
In the event that you need to cancel an order after it has been confirmed, please call Customer Care toll-free at (888) 607-4CVS (4287), or email us at customercare@cvs.com. Please reference your order confirmation number when you contact Customer Care.
