| Tracking your order. |
| When you place your order online, we will send you a
shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the package carrier's website that
you can use to track the progress of your order. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking
number to take affect. |

| Shipping policies and exceptions. |
Some items may require special shipping and handling. For orders
containing prescription items, please refer to Prescription
Information for more information, or review a list of Schedule II
controlled substances and refrigerated medications.
Controlled Substances: Federal and state regulations require that we
use Express shipping for orders containing Schedule II controlled substances, and they cannot be shipped to
post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We require an adult signature (18 years or older) for delivery of
these medications. Please refer to the Special Rx
Deliveries section in Help for a list of these medications. We will ship them separately from
nonprescription items in your order.
Hazardous or Regulated Items: Some prescription and nonprescription items cannot ship by air because they
have the potential to interfere with flight safety. They must ship ground via Standard delivery within the
48 contiguous United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, or US territory addresses. Examples
of such items include aerosols, aerosol inhalers, and flammable, volatile, or corrosive materials (e.g.
rubbing alcohol, astringents, fragrances, nail polish, and nail polish remover).
New Prescriptions: If your health care provider
does not call your prescription in to us directly, we will verify orders for new prescriptions before we
fill them. Depending on the verification time and the shipping method you select, you can expect to receive
your medication in 3-10 business days.
Shipping Method Restrictions: Express and Priority delivery services are not available for
all items. Some items must ship via Standard delivery.
Special Prescription Deliveries: Orders containing refrigerated medications are packaged with
a cold gel pack and shipped Express to ensure that they ship at the proper temperature we ship them Express
(applies to all addresses except APO/FPOs). Schedule III, IV, and V medications ship via certified mail. We
require an adult signature (18 years or older) for delivery of these medications. Please refer to the Special Rx
Deliveries section for a list of these medications.
Surcharges Per Address: There may be an additional shipping and
handling surcharge to ship orders outside the contiguous 48 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US
Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Puerto Rico).
Surcharges Per Item: There may be an additional shipping and handling surcharge
associated with particular items in your order. You will be notified of any such charges during Checkout if
they apply to items in your order. |
