| A. You can update your shipping information at any time. Begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Account Profile tab. To update your shipping information, click on the Edit/Add/View link under Shipping Information. |

Hazardous or Regulated Items: Some prescription and nonprescription items (e.g., aerosols, aerosol inhalers, or flammable, volatile, or corrosive materials cannot ship by air because they have the potential to interfere with flight safety. They must ship ground via Standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, or US territory addresses. New Prescriptions: If your health care provider does not call your prescription in to us directly, we will verify orders for new prescriptions before we fill them. Depending on the verification time and the shipping method you select, you can expect to receive your medication in 3-10 business days. Shipping Method Restrictions: Express and Priority delivery services are not available for all items. Some items must ship via Standard delivery. Special Prescription Deliveries: If your order contains refrigerated medications, to ensure that they ship at the proper temperature we ship them Express, packaged with a cold gel pack, to all addresses except post office boxes, and APO/FPOs. Schedule III, IV, and V medications ship via certified mail. We require an adult signature (18 years or older) for delivery of these medications.
