Signing up for Prescription Management is easy to do:

 
Once you have established your online account, complete these two additional steps.

• Step one asks for information from one of your CVS/pharmacy prescription labels so that we can locate your records in our nationwide database.
• Step two uses a process similar to that used by banks, credit card companies and other organizations that need to ensure that your personal information is protected. CVS has no visibility or access to the questions asked during this process or to the answers you provide. The information will not be retained by CVS or any third party.

Because your prescription records are private information that should remain between you, your doctor and your pharmacist, we require the two-step verification process so that no one but you can view your prescription records.

That’s it! After successfully completing these steps, your prescription information will be available in your online account.
