Ventricular Tachycardia, Ventricular Fibrillation, Mandibular Nerve Block, Regional Anesthesia, Caudal Anesthesia, Dental Anesthesia, Infiltration Anesthesia, Peripheral Nerve Block, Paracervical Block, Local Anesthesia, Obstetric Anesthesia, Ophthalmic Anesthesia, Stellate Ganglion Block, Sympathetic Nerve Block, Epidural Anesthesia

Sometimes used for but not FDA approved for the following conditions:
Postherpetic Neuralgia, Increased Intracranial Pressure, Rapid-sequence Intubation, Neuropathic Pain, Asthma, Singultus (hiccups)
