Works as intended but...
I had not had vertigo in years and it came up very powerfully yesterday. I happened to have some meclizine in chewable form for possible motion sickness when traveling that I am susceptible to. But I didn't realize it was chewable and swallowed it with water, now I'm reading that chewable should be chewed thoroughly! I also have serious sinus problems and the meclizine took care of that very well. Vertigo is gone, sinuses are clear, but the 25 mg is strong for someone that is sensitive to any medication. I now realize it comes in a half strength, which would be much better for me. I'm still feeling very drowsy and unable to focus on most of my work more than 16 hours later! You can fight it, but these side effects are tough! Be careful using anything that makes you drowsy, please, I don't need folks on the highway who are on this stuff.
