What is this Medicine?

DEXTROMETHORPHAN; GUAIFENESIN; PSEUDOEPHEDRINE (dex troe meth OR fan, gwye FEN e sin; soo doe e FED rin) is a combination of a cough suppressant, an expectorant, and a decongestant. It used to provide relief from cough and congestion. This medicine will not treat an infection.

Caffeine-containing Foods/Beverages and Medent-DM 30mg-800mg-60mg Extended-Release Tablet(Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride)
Caffeine-containing Foods/Beverages and Pseudoephedrine(Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride)
Limit caffeine intake (examples: coffee, teas, colas, chocolate and some herbal supplements) while taking Pseudoephedrine. Also avoid medicines containing additional Caffeine whenever possible. Side effects from Pseudoephedrine may get worse if you take excessive Caffeine. Taking a high amount of Caffeine can increase the risk of nausea, nervousness, palpitations, problems with sleep, rapid heartbeat, tremor, or other side effects.

Grapefruit juice and Medent-DM 30mg-800mg-60mg Extended-Release Tablet(Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide)
Grapefruit juice and Dextromethorphan(Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide)
Grapefruit juice may increase the actions of Dextromethorphan. Side effects from the Dextromethorphan may get worse if you drink grapefruit juice. It may be best to avoid drinking grapefruit juice while you are taking Dextromethorphan.
