Upper Respiratory Tract Infections, Endocarditis Prophylaxis, Erysipelas, Skin And Skin Structure Infections, Pharyngitis, Necrotizing Ulcerative Gingivitis, Rheumatic Fever Prophylaxis, Otitis Media, Scarlet Fever

Sometimes used for but not FDA approved for the following conditions:
Pneumococcal Prophylaxis, Rat-bite Fever, Bacterial Colonization Eradication, Penicillin Desensitization, Actinomycosis
