Grapefruit juice and Bedaquiline(Bedaquiline)
Do not drink grapefruit juice while taking bedaquiline. Drinking grapefruit juice may increase the blood levels of bedaquiline and lead to side effects. Your doctor will closely monitor your condition. Report any unusual or worsening side effects to your prescriber, like abdominal pain, fast or irregular heartbeat, dizziness, nausea, yellowing of skin or eyes, weakness, or other problems.

Alcohol and SIRTURO 100mg Tablet(Bedaquiline)
Alcohol and Bedaquiline(Bedaquiline)
Do not take these drugs together without approval from your prescriber. Taking these drugs together may decrease the effectiveness of bedaquiline. Discuss possible alternative treatment options with your health care provider.
Pregnancy & Lactation Information
FIRST Trimester

Class B - Animal studies have revealed no evidence of harm to the fetus, however, there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. OR Animal studies have shown an adverse effect, but adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus in any trimester.

SECOND Trimester
