Grapefruit juice and Vepesid 500mg/25ml Solution for Injection(Etoposide)
Grapefruit juice and Etoposide(Etoposide)
Do not take Etoposide, VP-16 and Grapefruit Juice together without talking to your health care provider. Side effects from Etoposide, VP-16 may get worse if you take Grapefruit Juice. Discuss any new or worsening side effects with your health care provider, including unusual bruising or bleeding, unusual tiredness, fever, signs of infection, or severe nausea / vomiting.
Pregnancy & Lactation Information
FIRST Trimester

Class D - Adequate well-controlled or observational studies in pregnant women have demonstrated a risk to the fetus. However, the benefits of therapy may outweigh the potential risk. For example, the drug may be acceptable if needed in a life-threatening situation or serious disease for which safer drugs cannot be used or are ineffective.
