Grapefruit juice and Crizotinib(Crizotinib)
Do not take Crizotinib and Grapefruit juice together without approval from your prescriber. Side effects from Crizotinib may get worse if you use Grapefruit juice. Discuss any new or worsening side effects with your health care provider. Contact you prescriber immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting or falling spells, palpitations, shortness of breath, or a change in your heart beat (such as a fast or irregular heart beat).

Alcohol and Crizotinib(Crizotinib)
Do not take Crizotinib and Ethanol (alcohol) together without approval from your prescriber. Crizotinib may not work as well if you take Ethanol or alchohol-containing beverages. Discuss all of your medicines with your prescriber before taking Crizotinib.
Pregnancy & Lactation Information
FIRST Trimester

Class D - Adequate well-controlled or observational studies in pregnant women have demonstrated a risk to the fetus. However, the benefits of therapy may outweigh the potential risk. For example, the drug may be acceptable if needed in a life-threatening situation or serious disease for which safer drugs cannot be used or are ineffective.
