Grapefruit juice and Tofacitinib(Tofacitinib)
It is best to avoid taking tofacitinib with grapefruit juice and to avoid grapefruit juice completely during your tofacitinib treatment. Grapefruit juice may increase the levels of tofacitinib and the risk for side effects from your treatment.
