Creating an online account makes it easy to manage your prescriptions and keep your order information in one safe place. You can also create a shopping list, a list of your favorite CVS/pharmacy store locations, sign up for email notifications about special offers and check the status and history of your orders. You also have the option of adding your children's prescription information to your account if they are under 18 years of age.

How to update your personal information.

To update your personal information, begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Account Profile tab. The Account Profile page will contain your account details along with a section called Personal Information. Click on the Edit/Add/View link to change your personal information.

It’s easy to check the status of a prescription online.

To check the status of a prescription within the My Account section, begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Order Status & History tab. At the bottom of the page, you will see a Pickup Location & Time section. In this section, you can view your prescription number, order status and price. If you want to choose a preferred CVS/pharmacy location, click on the Account Profile tab and look for the Favorite CVS/pharmacy store box. Click the Edit/Add/View link to choose your favorite location.

Now you can link your prescriptions with your children’s.

You can add a minor (under 18 years of age) to your prescription account and view, order and manage their prescriptions online once you've created an account and signed up for Prescription Management. To link an Rx account, begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Link Rx Accounts tab and click the Add a Minor button. Enter the most recent prescription information for the minor as it appears on their CVS/pharmacy prescription label. Next type in, or use the Find A to Z button to identify one other medication that has been filled for the child at CVS/pharmacy in the past year. Enter the child?s birth date and click the Submit button. With this information we will be able to locate the child?s prescription records and link them to your account. Please note that if the child has not had at least 1 prescription filled by CVS/pharmacy in the past year, you will not be able to establish a linked account.

Check your Extra Bucks rewards online anytime.

If you have an ExtraCare® rewards card, you can check the status of your Extra Bucks rewards online at anytime. Begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Account Profile tab. The Account Profile page will contain your account details along with a section called ExtraCare Information. Click on the Go to my ExtraCare Account link and the next page will give you the current status of your Extra Bucks.
