Confirming your order

Once your order has been placed, we'll send you a confirmation email verifying that we've received your order and are processing it.

Tracking your order

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know when your order has shipped. This email will have a tracking number and a link to the website of the package carrier that you can use to track order progress. It might take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to take effect.

Finding your order status

To check the status of a home delivery order, sign in to your account, go to the My Account page, and click the Order Status & History tab.

If you've ordered a prescription for store pickup, sign in to your CVS.com account with Prescription Management and visit Prescription Details.
