Young and his wife, Mary Ida, formulated a liniment, containing natural herbal ingredients, that helped relieve the muscle pain of their hard-working horses. As the popularity of Absorbine grew, farmers realized that the same liniment that helped their horses also helped their own aches and pains. For generations, the Young family has continued the trusted tradition of providing pain relief products for the world's strongest muscles.
