Stir ingredients until blended. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. 14 pancakes. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. For Thinner Pancakes: Increase milk to 1-1/3 cups. Blueberry Pancakes: Stir in 1 cup blueberries. Chocolate Chip Pancakes: Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips. The Ultimate Pancake: 2 cups Original Bisquick mix; 2 teaspoons baking powder; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 teaspoon vanilla, if desired; 3 tablespoons sugar; 1 cup milk; 2 eggs. Melt-in-Your Mouth Pancakes: Classic: Stir in 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Supreme: Stir in 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp vanilla.
