Step 1 - Apply a small amount of the Astringent Cleanser on soft paper towel and cleanse affected areas 3 times a day. Step 2 - Apply a small amount of the Healing Lotion to the affected areas and massage gently until fully absorbed 3 times a day. For Best Results, DO NOT SHAVE for 1-2 Days or until all existing bumps are dried out.
