1. Slide floss between teeth. 2. Move up and down against tooth to remove plaque and particles. 3. Repeat for each tooth. 4. Rinse floss if necessary. 5. Slide out head (see below) to use pick end for additional cleaning to stimulate gums. 6. Replace head after daily use. Slide Out: 1. Hold handle in one hand. 2. Hold sides of used floss head between forefinger and thumb of other hand and pull head from handle. 3. Discard floss head. Slide in: 1. Hold handle in one hand. 2. Hold sides of new floss head between forefinger and thumb of other hand and slide pick into top of handle. 3. Press floss head all the way in with thumb until floss head snaps into place.

Use with adult supervision. Keep out of reach of children under 6. Small parts may cause choking.
