For adults and children 4 years of age and over, chew one (1) tablet daily. For children 2 - 4 years of age, chew one-half (1/2) tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Many minerals can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications or follow the advice of your health care provider.

Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Avoid this product if you are sensitive to iodine, smoke or consume alcohol daily, have Wilson's disease or have a history of kidney stones or asbestos exposure. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, heart, kidney, liver, thyroid or optic nerve problems; sarcoidosis, hyperparathyroidism, high cholesterol or triglycerides, osteoporosis, gout, a bleeding or blood disorder; folic acid, iron, vitamin B-12 or vitamin K deficiency; anemia, bleeding ulcers, stroke or family history of stroke, if you plan to have or have had recent surgery or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES such as those to control blood pressure, heart or acne medications, hormone replacement therapy, muscle relaxants, diuretics, blood thinners or daily aspirin. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as headache, gastrointestinal discomfort, low blood pressure, acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling, numbness or tingling.
