CVS Glycerin Suppositories Adult Size

For the relief of occasional constipation.

Per Suppository: Glycerin USP 80.7%

Insert 1 suppository well up into rectum. It need not melt to produce laxative action. Generally produces bowel movement in 15 minutes to 1 hour. Do not exceed 1 suppository daily or as directed by a doctor.

For rectal use only. May cause rectal discomfort or burning sensation. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. Frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence on laxatives. If pregnant or nursing a baby seek medical advice before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
