Maintenance & Storage: Simply slide pad/sponge from removable cover. Machine or hand wash cover only, using a mild detergent in a gentle cycle with cool water. Hang or flat dry cover and store in a cool, dry, dark location after each use. To Use With Dry Heat; Always use cloth cover; pad must lay flat inside cover. Plug into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet; choose heat level. Unplug when not in use. To Use With Moist Heat: Saturate the sponge pad with warm water. Wring excess water out of the sponge pad. Place the sponge pad over the heating pad and insert into the cover. Dry your hands. Plug into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet; choose heat level.
