Magnesium Oxide, Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Hypromellose, Titanium Dioxide, Silica, Magnesium Stearate, Magnesium Silicate, Triacetin, Mineral Oil and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.

For Adults and Children 12 Years and Older: Take 2 to 4 caplets daily, preferably all at bedtime, or individually throughout the day. Caplet(s) should be taken with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Children Under 12: Ask a doctor before use.

Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease, a magnesium restricted diet, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits that last over 14 days. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug. This product may interact with certain prescription drugs. Stop use and talk to your doctor if you need to use a laxative for more than one week, or have rectal bleeding or no bowel movement after using this product.
