For Adult Use: Take one (1) tablet per day, with food or as directed by a physician. As a reminder, discuss with your health care provider all supplements and medications you take. Before using more than 500 mg daily, consult your physician. Store at room temperature (59-86 degrees F).
Niacin may cause temporary flushing, itching, feelings of warmth, sensations of tingling, and headache, particularly when beginning a niacin regimen, increasing amounts, or changing the brand of niacin you take. These effects seldom require discontinuing use. Less common symptoms are an upset stomach, low blood pressure when standing, and rash development; if these symptoms occur and/or persist, discuss with a physician. Persons with a known sensitivity should not take niacin. If you are pregnant or nursing, or if you take any medications (including OTC medications), or if you have any medical condition or are planning any medical procedures, consult your doctor before use. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor. In the event you experience some flushing when using this product, or if any other adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and talk to your doctor.
