Use once at night for 14 days. Before going to sleep, brush your teeth as you normally would. Apply a thin layer of CVS Nighttime Whitening Gel one tooth at a time using an up and down motion. Re-dip the brush as needed. Do not rinse. There is no need to let dry. CVS Nighttime Whitening Gel is quickly absorbed and whitens effortlessly as you drift off to sleep. For best results, do not eat or drink for 15 minutes. Store in a cool place, away from heat. Close bottle quickly and tightly after use to prevent drying out of gel.
