1. Remove foil from around cork. 2. Put corkscrew in the cork with the side wings in the down position. Turn handle clockwise. 3. As the screw enters the cork, the corkscrew wings will rise. 4. When the screw is fully in place in the cork with the side wings raised, hold the bottle firmly and press down on both wings. Cork will lift out easily.
