Size: For right or left arm, this elbow support has been designed with adjustable straps in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around elbow. Adjust to fit: 6.5-13.5 inches. Washing: Close fastener prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners. How to Wear: Put hand through sleeve and pull support over arm towards elbow. Position elbow into pocket of support. Adjust closures until support fits firmly, yet comfortably.
