How to Wear: 1. Pop dials out to unlock. 2. Use small tabs to unhook top laces from open lacing guides on the side. Pull lightly on laces until loose. Top laces should be completely loosened. 3. Slide over foot and insert heel in opening. Center tongue on ankle. Brace is worn over a sock. 4. Pull tabs up and out towards open lacing guides. 5. Re-secure and snap laces into empty open lacing guide on sides, maintaining natural lace crossings. 6. Pop dials in toward brace, then turn clockwise to tighten. Adjust dials until fit feels firm yet comfortable. 7. Check to ensure desired fit and stability prior to engaging in activities. If brace feels too tight, pull knobs out and loosen laces. To Remove: 1. Pop dials out to unlock. 2. Use small tabs to unhook top laces from open lacing guides on the side. 3. Pull lightly on laces until loose. Top laces should be completely loosened. 4. Slide foot out of brace. Size: Measure around ankle above ankle bone. Large - X-Large: 9-10.5 inches. How to Use: This ankle brace has been specifically engineered to provide comfortable protection and firm support to weak, strained, or sprained ankles requiring firm stabilization. Wear all day or during activities which lead to discomfort. If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician. Washing: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
