1. Slide injured food into the elastic sleeve. See diagram for left ankle. (For right ankle, turn the support inside-out). 2. Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3. 3. Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Size: For right or left foot, measure around ankle for correct sizing. Medium: 8.0-9.0 in. (20.5-23.0 cm). Washing: Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
