Good Cook Candy/Fry Thermometer

100 - 400 degrees F Temperature range. Protective sheath included. Easy-life pan clip. Made in Taiwan.

1) Clip thermometer to side of pan. 2) Adjust the clip so that the thermometer is inserted into the middle level of the liquid. Do not allow tip of thermometer to touch bottom of pan. 3) Follow recipe temperature instructions and adjust stove setting if necessary. 4) Use the red ball to safely grasp and remove the hot thermometer. 5) Allow thermometer to cool before cleaning. 6) Wash with warm soapy water. Do not use abrasives to clean. 7) Not recommended for use in dishwasher.

Do not use thermometer inside an oven while cooking. Do not use in microwave.
