Use for Shopping Cart: With the leg holes facing you, stretch your cover over the handle bar. Loop exterior safety belt through the shopping cart to secure the cover and stretch the cover over the back of the cart. Place child in cart and snugly secure the interior safety belt around your child, buckle and pull until snug. For use on a double shopping cart with two children, follow the above steps and align each child with his/her own opening for both legs. Place interior safety belt across first child weave belt through loop and secure belt over second child, buckle and pull until snug. Children should never be left unfastened or unattended while in shopping cart. Use for High Chair: With the leg holes facing you, lay your cover on the high chair.
