Loctite Quick Set Epoxy

Sets in 5 minutes. Use for a high strength water/solvent resistant bond. Resistant to solvents, moisture and impact. Syringe dispenses equal amount of resin and hardener every time. Cured Color: Translucent yellow. Temperature Range: -10 degrees F to 120 degrees F. Bond Strength: 1600 PSI. Made in USA.

Protect work area. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of grease or oil. Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion. 1. Remove cap from dispenser 2. Cut off end tips of syringe 3. Depress plunger on a clean, discardable surface. 4. Mix thoroughly. Apply to surfaces to be filled or bonded. Remove any excess glue immediately with mineral spirits, acetone or rubbing alcohol. Wipe syringe tips clean, retract piston slightly and close with the cap provided. Bond sets in 5 minutes. Objects can be moved in 20 minutes. Wait 24 hours before sanding or machining. Cooler temperatures may require longer set time. Will not bond to polyethylene or polypropylene products, or prolonged immersion in water.

Corrosive. Causes eye and skin burns. May cause allergic skin and respiratory reaction. May be harmful if absorbed through skin. Contains epoxy resin, amorphous silica, polymercaptan and amine curing agents. Do not get in eyes or on skin. Do not breathe vapors. For eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes, call a physician. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water, call a physician if symptoms persist. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, call a physician. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer.
