Meridian Med Tracker

To Attach: Remove Med Tracker and one piece of velcro from the package. Attach a single piece of velcro to medicine bottle or container. Place the Med Tracker velcro side to velcro on medicine bottle or container. The Med Tracker is now ready to use: Select the day of the week by turning the daily dial clockwise until the correct day is visible in the window. Turn the quantity dial clockwise until the desired quantity is visible in window. Each day move the daily dial to the correct day and move the quantity dial to correct number of doses taken that day.
