Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Easy to Apply: 1. Before applying the brace, release cinching cables so that they are completely extended. 2. Position belt around lumbar area of spine at top of hips. Center over middle of spine. 3. Maintain space between rigid support panels. 4. Wrap panels and secure hook and loop fabric. 5. Pull cinching strap out to the side and feel it tighten and support your back.
