For adults, take one (1) tablet daily or as directed by a doctor. We recommended that you do not exceed 25 mg of DHEA in a 24 hour period.

Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Not recommended for use by persons under the age of 40. Consult doctor before use especially if you have or have had: High blood pressure, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, thyroid disorder, psychiatric disease, pernicious anemia, nervousness, anxiety, seizure disorder, stroke, prostate enlargement, breast or prostate cancer. Consult doctor if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or prescription drugs. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any of the following occur: Dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache, heart palpitations, tingling sensations, acne or excessive oiliness, unwanted hair growth, deepening of voice, irritability, fatigue, aggressiveness, menstrual irregularity, mood swings.
