Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Real semi-sweet chocolate.

Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Milkfat, Soy Lecithin, Vanillin [an Artificial Flavor], Natural Flavor).

Melting Instructions: Microwave - Microwave 1 cup (6 oz) morsels in uncovered microwave-safe bowl on Medium-High (70%) power for 1 minute; stir. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10-15 second intervals, stirring until morsels are melted. To melt 2 cups (12 oz) morsels, microwave a few seconds longer. In Saucepan - Melt morsels in small, heavy-duty saucepan over lowest possible heat. When morsels begin to melt, remove from heat, stir. Return to eat for a few seconds at a time, stirring just until morsels are melted. For Dipped Fruit: Melt 1 tbsp Vegetable shortening and 1 cup (6 oz) morsels as directed above.
