Pro-Stat is a medical food designed for the dietary management of wounds and for those unable to meet their protein requirements from normal diet. Ingredients do not contain gluten, soy or lactose. Pro-Stat Sugar Free is an enzyme hydrolyzed complete protein providing a naturally occurring high nitrogen mix of all essential, conditionally-essential and non-essential amino acids. Pro-Stat is a source of di-peptides and tri-peptides. Intake to be determined by a healthcare professional and is dependent on age, body weight and medical condition. Administer orally or through feeding tube. Use under medical supervision. For Tube Feeding: 1. Flush feeding tube with 30-60 ml sterile water. 2. Dilute the prescribed dosage of Pro-Stat with 30-60 ml of sterile water in a clean container. 3. Immediately administer Pro-Stat via syringe into the entreat tube. 4. Flush with 30 ml sterile water. Store at room temperature. Refrigeration causes gelling. Discard 3 months after opening. Record date opened on bottom of container.
