Preparation for Use: 1. Remove from package. 2. Wrap around index finger. 3. Fold back flap with thumb. To Clean Teeth and Gums: Remove Spiffies from package, wrap around finger and gently wipe front and back teeth, gums, inside cheeks and tongue. Remove from mouth and discard. For Teething Relief: Cool Spiffies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to use. Wrap around finger and gently massage sore gums for a few minutes. Discard after use.
