Take two or three tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Wellman Tricologic can be continued for as long as required.

Not to be taken on an empty stomach (see directions on back of box). A general multivitamin and mineral supplement is not necessary in addition to Wellman Tricologic. This product contains iron which if taken in excess by very young children may be harmful. FOOD SUPPLEMENT. This product is not a substitute for a healthy balanced diet.
