Alcohol and Duloxetine(Duloxetine)
Drinking large amounts of Ethanol during treatment with Duloxetine can cause severe liver problems, which may result in death in some cases. It is best to avoid alcohol while taking Duloxetine. Notify your healthcare provider right away if you develop signs or symptoms of liver problems such as itching, right upper belly pain, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes while taking Duloxetine.
