What is this Medicine?
GENTAMICIN (jen ta MYE sin) is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. It is used to treat certain kinds of bacterial infections. It will not work for colds, flu, or other viral infections.

Bartonellosis, Bacteremia, Pneumonia, Peritonitis, Meningitis, Cystic Fibrosis, Intraabdominal Infections, Bone And Joint Infections, Septicemia, Nosocomial Pneumonia, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), Granuloma Inguinale, Gonorrhea, Bronchiectasis, Cellulitis, Burn Wound Infection, Skin And Skin Structure Infections, Tularemia Prophylaxis, Tularemia, Surgical Infection Prophylaxis, Lower Respiratory Tract Infections, Tubo-ovarian Abscess, Plague, Community-acquired Pneumonia

Store at controlled room temperature (between 68 and 77 degrees F)
