Grapefruit juice and Vinorelbine(Vinorelbine Tartrate)
Do not eat or drink grapefruit or grapefruit juice without talking to your doctor or healthcare professional while taking Vinorelbine. Grapefruit may increase the risk of side effects from Vinorelbine. Tell your health care provider immediately if you notice new or worsening constipation, stomach or abdominal pain, tingling in fingers and/or toes, or inability to pick-up items with your fingers.
Pregnancy & Lactation Information
First Trimester

Class D - Adequate well-controlled or observational studies in pregnant women have demonstrated a risk to the fetus. However, the benefits of therapy may outweigh the potential risk. For example, the drug may be acceptable if needed in a life-threatening situation or serious disease for which safer drugs cannot be used or are ineffective.
