In theory, grapefruit juice and grapefruits might increase the side effects of Methylprednisolone, but it is not clear if this interaction is significant. If possible, avoid ingesting grapefruit juice while taking Methylprednisolone. At the very least, do not significantly change your daily intake of grapefruit and grapefruit juice.
