A. There are many ways to earn ExtraBucks Rewards. Present your card every time you shop to:

Q. How do I get my ExtraBucks® Rewards?

A. There are different kinds of ExtraBucks Rewards: some print on your receipt when you make a qualifying purchase. Others rewards of 2% back on purchases* accumulate and pay out on your receipt, at the ExtraCare Coupon Center or through CVS.com® in January, April, July and October.
To redeem, present rewards coupon and associated ExtraCare card to cashier on a subsequent transaction. Your rewards coupon will expire if not redeemed as designated on the coupon.
Members who do not spend $50 in qualifying purchases or who do not otherwise reach a minimum of $1.00 in ExtraBucks® Rewards by the end of an earning period will not receive rewards and will not have earnings carried over. Members must collect their quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards, which will be rounded down to the nearest dollar, during the 45-day period following the earnings period.

Q. How can I get a new ExtraCare card?
Answer
A. You can sign up for an ExtraCare card once you’ve created a CVS.com account. If you already have an account, sign in, go to the ExtraCare page and follow the instructions to Get a Card now. Or visit your local CVS/pharmacy store and get a FREE ExtraCare card on the spot.
Q. How do I attach my ExtraCare card to my CVS.com account?

A. In order to manage, view, earn and redeem your ExtraCare rewards online, you’ll need to create a CVS.com account and attach an ExtraCare card. If you already have an account, go to the ExtraCare page, and follow the instructions to Attach Your Card Now.
Q. How do I check my ExtraCare program rewards online?
Answer
A. You’ll need to create a CVS.com account and attach your ExtraCare card. If you already have an ExtraCare card attached to your account, go to the ExtraCare page and click on the ExtraCare Rewards, Current Balances or Balance History tabs.
Q. Can I print my ExtraCare coupon online?
Answer
A. Yes. You can print your coupons to use for in-store purchases. After you sign in to your account and have attached an ExtraCare card, go to the ExtraCare page and click on the ExtraCare Rewards tab. Then click on the coupon description for your printable coupon.
Q. What is Send to Card?
Answer
A. Its the ability to send certain offers to your ExtraCare card so that instead of printing out a coupon, qualifying offers on your card will be automatically redeemed the next time you use your card at Checkout. To take advantage of this new functionality, please sign up for email or create an online account.
Q. How do I use my ExtraCare coupons and ExtraBucks® Rewards for a CVS.com order?

A. For rewards that are redeemable online, click on the coupon description on the ExtraCare Rewards page to activate it. Apply it to your order by clicking on the Use Coupons/ExtraCare Rewards button in your shopping cart.
Q. I found a set of keys with an ExtraCare tag. What should I do?
Answer
A. Drop them off to the store manager at any CVS/pharmacy location. We’ll make sure that they’re returned to their rightful owner.
Q. How can I get another ExtraCare card with my account number on it?
Answer
A. Call 1-800-SHOP CVS to order a duplicate card.
Q. How can I get the weekly store circular sent to me by email?
Answer
A. Go to the Store Circular page and enter your email address in the Email Alerts address box. From there, you’ll be able to subscribe to emails, change your email address or your preferred store, or unsubscribe.
Q. How do I get my FSA spending report sent to me?
Answer
A. Call 1-800-SHOP CVS to obtain your FSA records.
Q. Will my name be put on the mailing list for other organizations?
Answer
A. We value your privacy and NEVER give or sell any identifiable information about you to other companies for their marketing purposes. At times, we may use outside companies to help provide you with promotional information and offers; beyond your name and addresses, these agents do not receive any personal information about you from us and are bound to keep your name and addresses strictly confidential.
Q. How do I access my ExtraCare account online?

A. To view your ExtraCare rewards, print ExtraBucks® Rewards and to take advantage of convenient new online features, you will need to Sign Up for an online account, and follow the steps to Attach an ExtraCare card.
If you already have a CVS.com account with an ExtraCare card attached, Sign In using your Email Address and Password. You will be able to view and print your ExtraCare rewards and access your ExtraCare account information.

Q. How does ExtraCare comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)?

A. CVS Health has a program available to California consumers to support the full range of privacy rights required by the CCPA.
You can make a request to know or delete your personal information related to ExtraCare. If you delete your information, we will no longer have the information we need to provide you with ExtraCare offers.
You can also take yourself off our email list for promotional offers at any time by updating your Communication Settings in the My Account section of the website, or by following the instructions in those emails.
