Managing prescriptions in the Prescription Center

The Prescription Center helps you see which prescriptions are Available for Refill or Ready for Pick Up and if you have any time and money savings opportunities.

Using Prescription Center features

Add Prescription Management to your CVS.com® account to enjoy these valuable tools:

  • Available for Refill gives you a quick view of prescriptions available for refill and 1-click access to the drug monograph.
  • Prescription Calendar provides detailed daily views and a quick monthly view of refills for all the accounts you manage. You can scroll forward and backward by month, too.
  • ReadyFill® is a time-saving service that refills prescriptions for you. No phone calls required. Enroll or check enrollment status here.
  • Generic Alternatives alerts let you know if brand-name prescriptions have generic alternatives. We can help you switch to save money.

If you don't see a particular prescription here, go to Prescription Details or select the “Refill by Label” option to refill using your prescription and store number.

Most Popular Questions

The Available for Refill section on the Pharmacy home page lists up to three prescriptions and provides a total count of prescriptions available for refill. Select the Refill Prescriptions link to see all Available for Refill prescriptions in the Prescription Center.

If you don’t see any prescriptions, be sure that you have a CVS.com account with Prescription Management added. Then either Sign In or Sign Up for full online access to the prescriptions you fill at CVS/pharmacy.

It’s the number of prescriptions you’ve enrolled in ReadyFill® divided by the number of prescriptions that are eligible in the program. For example, if you have 2 enrolled out of 3 prescriptions enrolled, the display shows “ReadyFill Enrolled 66%.”

It shows the number of prescriptions eligible that are not currently enrolled in ReadyFill. This applies only to prescriptions that are not hidden. For example, if you have 3 prescriptions and 2 are enrolled, you’ll see “ReadyFill Eligible 1.”
