"When I got there, I found out that they were booked for the day. The nurse told me that she could see me if someone did not show up for their appt. She took my ID to get a head start as there was no one else there yet. I looked online and it seemed that eveyone was booked! Fortunately, her patient did not show up and she was able to help me. She was very kind and helpful."
