My Practitioner was very rude. I went in due to a sore throat. When reading my pulse she saw I had long nails and stated “that’s one way to get sick with those nails” something she should of kept to herself. She kept worrying about her 10am meeting which my appointment was at 9:20am and did not get called back until 9:50am. Which I know there were other patients being taken care of before me which I did not mind the wait but for her to be in a rush for her meeting is uncalled for. Your patients care and needs should always come first. I mentioned another problem I had going on and she did not care to look or pay attention to busy typing on the computer and told me “I probably need to see a specialist.” After my results she tells me my medicine Prescription and I had to ask if I tested positive for strep or not. She did not tell me what my results were.

The Practitioner that took care of me was Fantastic! She listened to me as I told her that my regular Drs office had closed. She then evaluted me and took care of getting my medication refilled, as I was unable to do so due to my other Dr closing their doors. She was very pleasant, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anybody!
