I was late for my appointment and nurse said I had to make another appointment because they close at 7:00 pm and test takes 20min to do. I was there at 6:35. If I look at the signs and the times on the website the clinic is open until 7:30 pm. While am talking to the nurse she is taking a customer that had no appointment and was a walk in while I was standing in line to check in. At this point I do not understand why she could not take me as a walk in like the other person since there was no other customers waiting to be seen or to check in and the location closes at 7:30 pm.

"Minute Clinic definitely lives up to its name, at least for me. Everything was quick, fast, and easy. I needed a TB test for work, and I was able to make a same day appointment. I was treated with respect by the two individuals who tended to me. They were both amazing! "

"From making the appointment easily online, to the ''check-in'' process, I was seen by excellent staff who knew already why I was there and offered much appreciated insight/help. Both the nurse as well as my provider [...] explained their processes and had me in and out within a reasonable time. I wish all my medical visits at other locations (VA) were as awesome as this one at the Minute Clinic. I would definitely visit them again, and highly recommend them to anyone seeking medical/health needs. If [...] ever sees this, you are an outstanding NP, and our community is a better place with people like you. Thank you."

The NP was very caring and compassionate. She took the time to listen and assure she covered everything. She even called the next day to see that I got my prescription and check on how I was doing. Very pleased with the care provided!!

The NP on shift was unprofessional, degrading, and argumentative. NP did not show any compassion to my concerns. Instead she humiliated and dismissed me asking me to leave "her area." NP not only name called me, but she also questioned my integrity. Woman to woman and HCP to HCP, I'm very disappointed by the way this NP treated me in a public space for anyone to see.
