I went there to finish my school vaccine and titers. [...] (family nurse) has a bad bad attitude. My school paper required lab documentation with the student form to be stamped and submitted together. on the form she filed, it literally said “ATTACH ALL LAB DOCUMENTATION TO THIS PAGE...THEY MUST BE DOCUMENTATION PRINTED FROM THE LAB” i was also told by student admission that i need also lab report to be submitted not only the form cvs gives me. when i asked her to stamp the lab report for me she kinda argue i don't need the lab report assuming the form she filled is the lab report. She did file the form, right. And she told me an overthinking. I could print the lab from my computer it was not a big deal but the school needs a stamp from the clinic. Can’t she just even read the form?! I wanna get my paperwork done nicely so i said ok ok.. I know she must be board at 10:30 am on Sunday. But hey! She needs to read instructions and follow them before telling me am overthinking. that was not nice of her at all! Thank you for your bad service!
